Role Description
We are looking for a talented Influencer Marketer who can plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should know how to identify the right creators, negotiate collaborations, track deliverables, analyze performance, and build long-term creator partnerships.
Also having great understanding of creatives will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Strategy & Planning
- Develop influencer marketing strategies for D2C brands
- Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Prepare monthly collaboration pipelines
- Plan campaigns for product launches, brand awareness & performance outcomes
🔸 Influencer Outreach & Collaboration
Reach out to creators, negotiate prices, and finalize dealsBuild strong relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencersCoordinate product deliveries and ensure timely postingMaintain a database of influencers and previous collaborations🔸 Campaign Execution
Prepare briefs, scripts, and content guidelinesReview content before posting to ensure brand alignmentTrack live campaigns and ensure deliverables are metCollaborate with internal creative & performance teams🔸 Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze influencer performance : reach, engagement, clicks, conversionsTrack coupon codes, UTM links & ROIPrepare weekly and monthly analytics reportsSuggest optimization strategies for future campaignsQualifications
Experience : 1–2 years in Influencer MarketingStrong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & UGC trendsExcellent communication & negotiation skillsAbility to shortlist the right influencers based on brand goalsKnowledge of D2C space (beauty, fashion, lifestyle preferred)Basic understanding of performance marketing metricsAbility to handle multiple campaigns at onceExperience as HR & Social Media will be preferred
