Job Title : HR Business Partner

The Opportunity : We are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager who can lead the HR function at one of the group’s upcoming ventures in e-commerce. The role requires 4-7 years of experience in HR Operations; and the ability to setup and run best in class human resource related processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Setting up HR processes :

• Develop organization structure, policies, compensation and benefits structure etc. for a new entity in e-commerce.
• Setup HR processes such as payroll, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc. Coordinate with group resources as well as external partners for the same.

Smooth running of HR operations :

Ensuring compliance :

Strategic HR initiatives / Business Partnering :

Qualifications and Experience :

Location : Bangalore, with travel as required.
