ClearTrail Technologies - Module Lead - Java / Python

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable REST APIs using Python and Java in production environments.
• Manage and support enterprise data integration using databases such as Solr for search and indexing, and Delta Lake for data lake management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and operations to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for streamlined deployments.
• Contribute to AI-driven feature development by leveraging knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies (preferred).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in ML / GenAI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, to integrate AI models effectively into applications.
• Drive continuous improvement in software quality, scalability, and & Skills :
• 5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Java.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying REST APIs in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Solr for search and indexing, and Delta Lake for managing data lakes.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience leading software development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
