Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled BI Developer with strong expertise in Tableau and SQL to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building advanced dashboards, optimizing SQL queries, and delivering actionable insights that empower data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI solutions.
• Perform data modeling and create efficient structures to support BI initiatives.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate Tableau with multiple databases and data sources (RDBMS, Cloud, APIs, etc.).
• Support data governance, security, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Business Teams) to ensure smooth BI delivery.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and documentation of BI solutions.
