About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Developers with strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and integrations—specifically within Loan Origination Systems (LOS) . You will be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce development under aggressive timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Classes, and APIs .
- Work on LOS modules including applications, underwriting, workflows, and decisioning logic.
- Integrate Salesforce with external banking / loan systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical components and implement them efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Ensure high-quality code following Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and stability.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and hypercare phases.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of Salesforce development experience.MUST HAVE : Hands-on experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) .Strong command over Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Batch / Queueable Jobs .Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and custom LOS modules.Expertise in API integrations, JSON / XML , and authentication flows.Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies.Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising quality.Experience with CI / CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Copado.Strong communication and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.Preferred Skills
Salesforce Certifications (PD1, PD2, App Builder).Experience with BFSI or lending software solutions.Knowledge of OmniScripts / Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is an advantage.Exposure to Einstein / AI-enabled decisioning models.
