Role Description

Animator & Video Editor (Wellness & Personal Development) - Kolkata

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Animator and Video Editor to bring our unique life coaching, wellness, and resilience-building content to life. Based in Kolkata, the successful candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience, be an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, and possess a profound creative vision to produce educational and inspirational digital learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Specialization

Training Module Development : Design, animate, and edit high digital quality video and motion graphics modules focused on life coaching concepts, enhancing wellness, developing resilience skills, and harmonizing life.

• Creative Storytelling : Translate complex psychological, behavioral, or self-help concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing 2D animations and explainer videos (using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro).
• Visual Strategy : Ensure the tone, look, and feel of all digital assets are calming, professional, and motivate the learner toward personal growth.
• Technical & Workflow Management Software Mastery : Maintain expert proficiency in the overall Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) for all aspects of video and graphic production.
• Structured Production : Execute the production of video content with discipline, strictly commencing work only after the management's approval of the final storyboard.
• High-Demand Environment : Demonstrate flexibility and a strong ability to manage projects under high-demanding situations and tight delivery schedules without compromising content quality or sensitivity.
• Collaboration & Communication : Act as a supportive team player, utilizing good communication skills to collaborate effectively with coaching experts and instructional designers to grasp the core essence of the training material.
