Elavate is the UK's fastest-growing collagen supplement brand, helping women over 40 achieve healthier skin, stronger joints, and thicker hair through premium-quality products.

Position Overview :

We're looking for an experienced Facebook Video Ad Editor who specializes in direct response advertising to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for editing high-performing UGC-style video ads, mini VSLs, and AI voiceover ads that drive conversions and support our ambitious growth targets.

This role requires someone who understands the nuances of direct response marketing, can work quickly without sacrificing quality, and has a proven track record of creating scroll-stopping video ads that convert.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit direct response UGC video ads from raw creator footage, following detailed creative briefs

Create mini VSL-style ads (2-4 minutes) with compelling narratives and smooth pacing

Edit AI voiceover ads with b-roll, stock footage, and brand assets

Add captions, text overlays, hooks, and visual elements that enhance engagement and retention

Follow brand guidelines and match the tone / style of high-performing reference ads

Work with provided scripts, shot lists, and visual references to deliver ads that match creative vision

Iterate and create multiple hook, body, and CTA variations for split testing

Source and integrate stock footage, b-roll, and brand assets as needed

Deliver polished, platform-optimized ads ready for Facebook / Instagram deployment

Collaborate with the creative strategist and founder to refine ad performance

Maintain organized project files and meet consistent deadlines

Compensation :

$1,200 - $1,500 / month + Bonus (Full-time, Remote)

Salary dependent on experience and portfolio quality

Potential for performance bonuses based on ad performance and output quality

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience editing Facebook / Instagram video ads (direct response experience required)

Must include a link to your video ad portfolio in your application — applications without portfolios will not be considered

Proven experience editing :

UGC-style creator ads

Mini VSL ads (2-4 minutes)

AI voiceover / VO ads with b-roll and stock footage

Strong understanding of direct response ad principles (hooks, pattern interrupts, CTAs, pacing)

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Experience with caption / subtitle tools (e.g., Captions.ai, CapCut, Submagic, or similar)

Ability to work with creative briefs, scripts, and reference videos

Strong attention to detail and ability to match brand style

Reliable internet connection and ability to work during UK business hours (at least partial overlap)

Excellent communication skills and responsiveness

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience editing ads for DTC health, wellness, or supplement brands

Familiarity with Meta Ads Library and competitor research

Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (not required, but a plus)

Knowledge of current Facebook / TikTok ad trends and best practices
