Job Summary

We are looking for a highly dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director, responsible for supporting the MD in both professional and personal domains. The role requires a dynamic individual who can multitask, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A major part (approx. 80%) of the role involves managing personal-related tasks for the MD, along with office-related responsibilities as needed.

This position is ideal for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience, who is a fast learner, flexible, and willing to be available beyond standard working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Support :

• Manage and coordinate the MD’s personal calendar, appointments, and commitments.
• Handle personal errands, purchases, bill payments, household / vendor coordination, and other daily needs.
• Organize personal travel, accommodations, family-related events, and reservations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on personal and household tasks.
• Act as the first point of contact for personal engagements and commitments.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling personal and family-related matters.
