We now need a Marketing Head who can build the machinery we never had.

What You Will Own

1️⃣ Creative Engine & Content Factory

Architect and run the creative ecosystem :

Own the entire creative workflow with designers, video editors, copy, and production.

Build processes, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and quality bars.

Convert ideas into high-quality output with speed and consistency.

Create a predictable content factory that supports campaigns, ads, product launches, and social.

This is the heart of the role.

2️⃣ Brand Positioning & Narrative Building

Own Futurense’s voice, personality, and category narrative.

Translate our work with IITs, enterprises, and AI programs into compelling storytelling.

Ensure brand consistency across social, ads, landing pages, creators, internal comms, events, and thought leadership.

Build a brand that feels premium, future-forward, and authoritative.

3️⃣ CRM, Comms & Marketing Automation

Set up the full marketing CRM stack — lifecycle journeys, segmentation, lead flows, nudges, reactivation, and analytics dashboards.

Strengthen communication across SMS, email, WhatsApp, push, and web journeys.

Bring order, governance, and clarity to how we communicate with prospective students and enterprise clients.

4️⃣ Performance Marketing – Creative + Coordination Only

This is not a technical performance marketing role.

You don’t need to run ads, manage dashboards, or do media buying.

What you will do :

Work closely with our performance partners to supply creatives, scripts, hooks, and video assets.

Ensure the creative pipeline supports bottom-funnel needs.

Maintain alignment between our narrative and paid campaigns.

Your job is to make the creative side stronger — not the technical side.

5️⃣ Team Leadership & Creative Ecosystem Building

Lead a 7–10 member internal team across design, content, comms, and video.

Mentor them, bring structure, improve output velocity, and set expectations.

Build and manage a high-quality pool of freelancers and agencies.

Create a culture of ownership, clarity, and world-class creative output.
