Identifying and establishing win-win partnerships with leading e-Commerce partners in India (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) and globally like Amazon (US, Canada, Uk, Etc.), Walmart, Noon.

Develop overall Business strategy and future road map to drive revenue & business growth.

Targeting Sales (Top Line) with a keen observation on the profitability (Bottom Line).

Analyse and Negotiate commercial terms with business partners for maximum profitability.

Planning & implementing monthly / quarterly marketing / promotion strategy for driving business.

Exceptional skills in communication, presentation with demonstrated abilities in training and driving motivated teams towards achieving sales goals.

Coordinating with the product development team & sharing qualitative feedback so that it can help in product development and thus resulting in better sales.

Implementing reporting process to track down individual performances.

Conducting sales meet on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis with sales team for review and monitoring individual performance.

Conduct group sessions with the sales team to motivate them and help them perform better

Well versed with data points, reporting and MIS system to deliver 360 reporting requirements

Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly vertical budgets in discussion with the top leadership

Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into ecommerce projects

Work with multiple teams like sales, uploading and order processing, creative and designing, warehouse team to make sure all operations are accomplished smoothly.

Visit brand managers monthly / quarterly to drive brand effectively.
