Job Opportunity : Application Developer - OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM)

Location : Pune, India

Experience Required : 4-6 Years

Education : 15 Years of Full-Time Education

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Developer with proven expertise in OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM) to join our growing team in Pune . The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, construction, and configuration of enterprise-grade applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements.

This role requires independent execution, active participation in team discussions, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customized applications based on defined business requirements.

Work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OpenText EIM.

Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.

Assist in documenting application specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Ensure that developed applications are optimized for performance, usability, and scalability.

Required Professional & Technical Skills

Mandatory : Proficiency in OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience .

Strong understanding of application development methodologies .

Experience in integration of multiple data sources and enterprise systems .

Familiarity with user interface design principles and usability best practices.

Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information

This position is based out of our Pune office .

Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
