We seek an accomplished IT Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience driving revenue growth in IT services. The ideal candidate will leverage CRM expertise and cloud platform knowledge to lead enterprise sales, mentor high-performing teams, and expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for IT services and cloud solutions
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and performance management
- Drive enterprise client acquisition and retention through strategic relationship building
- Utilize Salesforce / Zoho CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Position AWS cloud solutions and digital transformation services to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications :
10+ years in IT sales with proven track record in services / cloud solutionsHands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platformsDemonstrated success Administering AWS cloud services and IT solutionsStrong leadership experience managing sales teamsExcellent client-facing and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of IT services market and emerging technologies
