We are looking for an Content & Experience Specialist who can craft intuitive, human-centered experiences across web, in-app, and community touchpoints - someone who blends storytelling, UX writing, and data-driven insights to make creative products like Photoshop easier to understand, more engaging to use, and inspiring to explore. What you"ll do : Create clear, engaging, and on-brand content across web, in-app, community, and social channels - ensuring consistency and conversational tone that resonates with users. Write intuitive UI / UX copy that enhances user flows and product understanding, balancing clarity with creativity. Write clear, intuitive dialogues for AI assistants that guide users through products and workflows. Use data and user insights to build outcome-based content strategies and refine existing experiences. Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate content creation - while ensuring every output is refined, validated, and elevated by the human touch. Collaborate with design, engineering, and support teams to understand technical details and translate them into accessible, user-focused narratives. Monitor metrics and feedback to measure impact, iterate content effectiveness, and continuously improve discoverability and usability. Partner with data, product, and marketing teams to craft content that drives self-serve adoption, strengthens user engagement, and contributes to org's growth. Maintain strong alignment with voice, tone, and writing standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. Develop deep expertise in Photoshop and related creative workflows to better connect with our users' needs. Experience and qualifications : Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field. 4+ years of experience creating customer-centric content for digital products, ideally within a software or tech environment. Exceptional command of English - skilled in conversational, instructional, and product storytelling. Hands-on experience with UI / UX content design, data storytelling, and bite-size video creation / editing capabilities. Working knowledge of creative tools, especially Adobe Photoshop, and comfort collaborating with design teams. Strong grasp of content metrics, SEO, and analytics to inform data-driven decisions. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams - from product and design to marketing and engineering. A proactive, detail-oriented approach - balancing creativity with structure, and quality with agility. Conceptualize and produce storytelling assets - including product explainers, walkthroughs, and bite sized videos that simplify complex ideas. This is not a must have capability but would be nice to have.
