Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and coding queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and practices.
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Generate and maintain coding reports and statistics.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance coding skills.
