- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter specializing in IT roles.
- Conduct various interview formats including phone, Skype, and structured interviews.
- Handle the first round of HR interviews to assess candidates' attitude, academic background, experience, and communication skills.
- Formulate interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Technical Expertise & Candidate Sourcing
Possess strong technical knowledge to understand and clearly explain job requirements for IT positions.Apply solid sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search to identify qualified candidates.Maintain an up-to-date resume database and track hiring progress effectively.Communication & Reporting
Provide hiring managers with regular updates, summaries of recruiting progress, and activity reports.File detailed reports on candidate status, joining reports, and overall recruitment metrics.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work as a strong team player and leader with a positive mindset to motivate and drive results from the recruitment team.Skills Required
