Smart IMS - Data Center Operations Lead - Python / IT Automation

We are looking to hire a Data Centre Operations Lead in Mumbai to support our client, a top global investment bank.

The candidate should have background in Python programming / automation to be able to support automation efforts in streamlining and improving operations.

Responsibilities :

Support and Manage APAC DCS Operations team :

• Support Change and Incident Routines.
• Provide Access Reviews and Controls.
• Drive deliverable and SLA with Managed Service entities.
• Routine visits to the data hall.
• Monitoring hosting locations facilities.
• Review monthly Colo vendor reports.
• Performance scorecard review for EVM for high-rise and enterprise critical facilities.
• Annual review of Vendor Level Risk Assessment (VLRA) with EVM.
• Coordinate facilitys critical events, eg Loss of Utility Test (LOUT).
