Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Borivali, for a Graduate Engineer Trainee at PQSmitra LLP. The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as assisting senior engineers, participating in project planning and execution, conducting technical research, and supporting the implementation of various business management solutions. The role will also include hands-on training to develop engineering skills and knowledge aligned with PQSmitra's service offerings.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in engineering, project planning, and execution
• Ability to conduct technical research and analysis
• Familiarity with ISO standards and certifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge of performance improvement tools and techniques is a plus
