You’ll be the kind of person who walks into a café, sees something off, and fixes it before anyone asks.

You’ll open new points of sale, make dessert displays that stop people in their tracks, create packaging that goes viral, and turn ideas into businesses.

No micromanagement. No bureaucracy.

Just freedom, accountability, and the thrill of building something real.

Location :  Palavakkam, Chennai

Time :  Flexible hours, but expect extensive, immersive work.

Compensation :  ₹45K–₹1L / month + ESOPs + Startup Builder Perk (you can build your own venture using our infrastructure with a 25% founder stake).
