(Immediate Start) Senior Mechanical Technician

We are hiring a mechanical technician.

Work Location : Saudi Arabia.

Salary : 4500 to 5500 SAR.

Working Hours : 12 hrs. (4 days of work and 4 days off)

SENIOR OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE – MECHANICAL

JOB ROLE :

To be based at site, working on an ON-OFF Cycle, to carry out Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance

work for all mechanical equipment at the site comprising- PV Power generation & distribution, RO desalination

plant, Bio-Diesel Generators including at times working in conjunction with Electrical or C&I or Operations

Team to achieve reliable, continuous and safe operation & maintenance of such equipment and Plant.

This is a dual role primarily for maintenance but will also involve some parts of Operation support.

Minimum Experience :

❖ 8 years' experience of working with mechanical maintenance in similar industrial setup

preferably a power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant.

Job Specific Skills :

o Good knowledge and hands on experience with Pump (including High pressure)

servicing & maintenance.

o Good Experience in Valve servicing and maintenance.

o Good Knowledge and hands on experience with welding including Super Duplex

and heat treatment.

o Good knowledge in reading drawings, assemblies, sectional views and

troubleshooting.

o Hands on experience with maintenance of Generator auxiliaries and main engine.

o Good knowledge in alignments and vibration analysis and mitigation.

o Good knowledge about safety standards while working with pressurized and high

temperature systems. Good knowledge about fuel and cooling water systems.

o Good knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

o Good knowledge and working experience with Heat exchangers.

o Good knowledge in dozing pumps and systems.

o Good knowledge in RO equipment maintenance
