Central Demand Planner

Job descriptionIdentify, implement, and manage suitable demand planning tools for automated statistical forecasting Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of AI / ML-based models with planning systems Automate manual forecasting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency Design and implement a structured consensus demand planning process Collaborate with the sales team to gather qualitative input to enhance forecast accuracy Work closely with supply planning, marketing, zonal planners, and other stakeholders to align forecasts with business goals Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through alignment of internal and external insights Collaborate with statistical forecast analysts to build, test, and refine AI / ML models Leverage advanced analytics for demand sensing and short-term forecasting enhancements
