Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flutter Developer at our Noida office. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and reusable code, debugging and troubleshooting, and optimizing app performance to ensure seamless user experiences. The role involves staying updated on the latest developments in technologies and best practices related to mobile development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart programming language
• Proficiency in mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms
• Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, and backend communication
• Knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux
• Skills in writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Understanding of testing frameworks and debugging processes for mobile applications
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and various SDKs

Budget / Salary Range : ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS).

Work closely with backend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect results.

Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and development to testing, launch, and post-launch support.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.

Debug and fix technical issues promptly.

Ensure applications meet performance, quality, and responsiveness standards.

Take complete ownership of tasks and deliver projects on or before deadlines.

Be proactive, communicate clearly, and avoid excuses — focus on solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter app development.

Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.

Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, third-party libraries, and version control (Git).

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).

Experience in publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Ability to work independently and handle projects with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Must be committed to meeting deadlines and taking full responsibility for project success.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Flutter Web or cross-platform integrations.

Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.Js, Laravel, etc.) is an added advantage.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and app performance optimization.
