Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by optimizing processes, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth. The role involves managing CRM data, creating reports and dashboards, and working closely with sales leadership to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor key sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, quota attainment, revenue growth).
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota allocation.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment on sales strategy.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track team and individual performance.
- Assist in onboarding and training sales staff on CRM tools, processes, and reporting.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership to evaluate performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in sales operations.
- Experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
