About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Support Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and technical support for ATG's wireless infrastructure services. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy in our systems, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and field teams.
This is a remote role supporting U.S.-based operations and requires flexibility to work in U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations (HubSpot CRM)
- Maintain accuracy of sales records, deals, and contacts through regular audits.
- Support pipeline hygiene, CRM updates, and routine maintenance.
- Use HubSpot automation for notifications and reminders, with manual follow-ups as needed.
- Report exceptions or discrepancies to the Business Operations Manager.
Project Operations
Update and verify project and task details in the project management platform.Conduct resource utilization audits for efficient allocation.Support material and inventory tracking, usage updates, and replenishment coordination.Report discrepancies or delays to the Field Operations Manager.Project Coordination
Share job assignments and schedules with internal staff and field resources.Collect and consolidate daily results, job completions, and activity updates.Track missing updates or issues for management follow-up.Business Operations Support
Assist with recurring reporting, documentation, and compliance tasks.Handle administrative processes (e.g., W-9s, Certificates of Insurance).Support smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and delivery teams.Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.Leverage automation to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in business / operations support, preferably in wireless infrastructure projects.Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and project management platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace.Work Schedule
Remote role supporting U.S.-based operations.Shift options (Eastern Time) :4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM3rd Shift may be considered as operations expandFlexibility in scheduling available.Daily updates and responsiveness required.Why Join Us
