1 Finance - Tax Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Directly assist clients with the accurate preparation and timely filing of their Personal Income Tax Returns (ITR-1 to ITR-4).
• Thoroughly review Form 16, various financial documents, and other necessary information provided by clients for filing purposes.
• Ensure all filings are in strict compliance with the latest provisions of the Income Tax Act.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to gather all required data, clarify details, and resolve any queries they may have.
• Proactively manage the timely submission of returns to prevent penalties for clients.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and ensure data security for all client information at all & Skills Required :
• Experience : 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Income Tax Return filing.
• Tax Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Form 16 and the complete ITR-1 to ITR-4 filing processes.
• Legal Understanding : Good understanding of the Income Tax Act and related compliance regulations.
• Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Work Ethic : Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable team member.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and various ITR filing software / tools.
• Client Skills : Strong communication and client-handling skills are essential.
