We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience in Direct Taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct tax compliance, tax planning, tax audits, assessments, and ensuring alignment with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and file income tax returns (corporate, individual, and TDS returns).
• Handle tax audits and support statutory audits with relevant tax documentation.
• Manage tax assessments, appeals, and liaison with tax authorities.
• Conduct tax planning to optimize tax outflow within legal frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation and filing of form 3CEB.
• Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accuracy of tax-related general ledger accounts.
• Provide support in handling queries from internal teams and external consultants.
• Maintain proper documentation for all tax-related activities for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and business units.
