Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive at Remedra Hotels & Residences. The Account Executive will play a key role in managing corporate and travel trade accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of guest and client satisfaction. The role involves handling client queries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal departments to deliver customised hospitality solutions.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new business opportunities while representing the hotel professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing corporate, travel, and event accounts to maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle client queries promptly and ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, rate contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, F&B, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the hotel’s client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Represent Remedra Hotels & Residences in sales calls, client meetings, hotel visits, and networking events.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management , preferably in hospitality.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to understand client needs and provide customised, value-driven solutions.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.Knowledge of business development strategies and hospitality market trends.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management , or a related field (preferred).Experience in the hospitality industry , especially in sales or front-office operations, is an added advantage.
