Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in South Delhi. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery, and work to identify opportunities for client growth. Responsibilities also include addressing client queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Experience in payables and client handling

Ability to work effectively

Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus

Experience in Payables, TDS, GST must
