Lead Manual Tester (STB / OTT / Media)

We are looking for a  Manual Tester (STB / OTT)  with 3–5 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Set-Top Box (STB) and Over-the-Top (OTT) applications, ensuring product quality and performance across devices and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end  manual testing  of STB and OTT platforms, including functional, UI, and regression testing.
• Validate firmware updates, integrations, and application behavior across multiple environments.
• Prepare detailed  test plans, test cases, and defect reports  in alignment with project requirements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Engage directly with  clients  to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure smooth delivery of QA milestones.
• Utilize  Youbora  and  OpenSearch  tools for analytics, monitoring, and debugging test results.
• Support firmware validation and perform compatibility checks across devices and versions.
• Contribute to QA process improvement and best practices within the project team.
