Manual Tester - API Testing

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Manual Tester with experience in functional, regression, and API testing.

The candidate will ensure quality standards for enterprise applications through structured testing Responsibilities :

• Create and execute test cases across web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Perform API testing with Postman and validate backend responses.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Write SQL queries for database validation.
• Document test scenarios, test reports, and maintain Skills :
• Manual Testing (functional, regression, usability).
• Tools : Jira, Postman.
• Database : SQL queries for validation.
• Agile / Scrum methodology :
• Basic exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with API automation :
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 46 years of software testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
