L1 Desktop Support Engineer (Immediate Start)

Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher)

Job Type : Full-Time | Rotational Shift

Experience Required : Fresher

Note : Salary Range :

Ahmedabad - ₹14,000(Take Home) – ₹17,500 CTC per month

Night Shift Allowance- Per day ₹250

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows / Linux) on desktops and laptops.
• Provide hardware support, including assembly, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation and configuration of standard softwareand updates.
• Handle basic networking issuesincluding DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall configuration.
• Set up and troubleshoot MS Outlook (configuration, backup, restore).
• Support user accountmanagement in ActiveDirectory (add / delete / disable).
• Manage BitLocker encryption and recovery processes.
• Install and troubleshoot network printers and scanners.
• Perform antivirus installation, update, and system virus protection checks.
• Provide remote desktop support and on-site troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate with hardwarevendors for repairsand warranty claims.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware and software).
