Job Summary
We are looking for a experienced Varicent Incentive Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of incentive compensation solutions using Varicent ICM, with a strong focus on Presenter Adaptive Reports. This role requires deep technical expertise in Varicent ICM, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of Compensation Management business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR, Compensation, and Sales Operations teams to ensure accurate compensation modeling, reporting, and payout processing.
Must Have : Expertise in Creating Presenter Adaptive Reports
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years IT Experience
- Strong knowledge of Sales Incentive Compensation Management business processes.
- Proven experience in configuring Varicent ICM software applications.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Varicent model.
- Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, Presenter Adaptive and Web Admin tools.
- Must have expertise in building and optimizing Presenter Adaptive Reports for incentive compensation metrics.
- Experience updating Varicent models to reflect changes in compensation plans.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Ability to audit and validate incentive compensation plans and payout calculations.
- Experience assisting with monthly payout processing and related operational tasks.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation technologies and their lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience in defining, leading, and executing IT testing plans.
