About the Role

Pashtek is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst / Client Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients. You’ll lead discovery, convert requirements into clear user stories, coordinate delivery, run UAT, and drive adoption—while managing stakeholder communication during US-overlap hours.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and map As-Is / To-Be processes, personas, KPIs.
• Translate business needs into epics / user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a clean backlog.
• Create process maps, data models, light solution designs; align with architects / admins / devs.
• Plan and execute UAT; manage cutover, enablement, and change adoption.
• Own client communications (status / QBRs / demos) during 2nd shift; manage risks and scope.
• Shape roadmaps, phase plans, and SOW inputs; track measurable outcomes (adoption, data quality, cycle time).
