POSITION SUMMARY

This is a key role within the India Finance team, responsible for driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls. The position oversees financial exposure management, optimizes end-to end revenue processes, and ensures smooth, compliant business operations. The role will lead management of deal economics, spearhead global system discussions (including SAP and other enterprise platforms), and strengthen governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will deliver insightful analysis and leadership-ready decks, align cross- functional teams towards common goals, and inspire high performance across a large, diverse team.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience in finance, operations, or business process leadership, with proven expertise in exposure management and revenue processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems, with experience influencing global implementations or process changes.
• Solid understanding of tax compliance in a multinational environment.
• Proven success in managing large teams and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal — with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and executive presentation design.

KEY COMPETENCIES :
