Qualification : BE / Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunications / Communication

Working Schedule : Shift-based (as per roster), 6-day work week

Job Purpose

The VSAT NOC Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of VSAT networks, RF equipment, and antenna systems. The role includes teleport operations, network performance management, and coordination with satellite service providers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Teleport & RF Operations

• Manage VSAT hubs, RF equipment, and teleport infrastructure to ensure high service availability.
• Conduct link budgets, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system reporting.
• Perform cross-pol isolation tests, spectrum analysis, and RF chain validation.
• Troubleshoot and recover services in case of RF system faults or outages.
