About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) Developer to design and deliver high-quality digital customer journeys in the banking and financial services domain.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and cutting-edge digital banking technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop digital customer journeys using Temenos Journey Manager.
- Configure and customize TJM components including forms, workflows, APIs, and UI logic.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate TJM with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of all TJM solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of digital journeys.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for TJM configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with TJM product upgrades and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven hands-on experience with Temenos Journey Manager.Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.Strong background in digital onboarding, KYC, and financial workflows.Experience with tools such as Auth ID, Twilio, Groovy Services, Journey Manager Database Architecture, Flow customization, and Customization Framework.Understanding of TJM upgrade processes.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Strong analytical and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Temenos certification in TJM or related digital banking modules.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and DevOps tools.Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in digital banking.(ref : hirist.tech)
