Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager - Tamil & Hindi, located in Sholinganallur. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate. The role involves regular communication with customers over phone and email, resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, and coordinating with other departments to address customer needs. Additionally, the Customer Relations Manager will gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and maintain customer relationships.
