Manager - Social Media
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- This role involves content creation, community management, performance analysis, and staying ahead of trends to keep our digital presence strong and consistent.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development :
Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals.Define KPIs and establish benchmarks to measure campaign success.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Content Creation & Scheduling :
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and reels) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.Develop a consistent brand voice and visual style in collaboration with the design team.Plan and maintain a content calendar.Community Management :
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and foster community engagement.Manage influencer or brand ambassador relationships if applicable.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.Generate weekly / monthly reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.Collaboration & Campaign Support :
Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to support campaign objectives.Assist in executing paid social advertising campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.Support event promotion, product launches, and PR initiatives through social media.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment(ref : iimjobs.com)
