Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Analyst to analyze, optimize, and elevate customer experiences using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) . The ideal candidate will unify cross-channel data, derive meaningful insights, and drive data-backed strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention across the entire lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong understanding of cross-channel analytics, journey analysis, attribution modeling, and segmentation.
- Experience in data visualization and storytelling using Adobe tools or other BI platforms.
- Solid analytical mindset with experience in SQL, data modeling, or statistical analysis (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
Use Adobe CJA to collect, unify, analyze, and interpret cross-channel customer data.Perform journey fallout, pathing, and overlap analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to design, test, and optimize personalized customer journeys.Build data-driven dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor campaign performance and customer engagement trends.Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to convert insights into actionable strategies.Continuously identify behavioral trends, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of journey enhancements.Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards across all analytics activities.Skills Required
