JAVA Architect

Position Description :

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a seasoned Java Architect with strong expertise in Spring Boot, middleware, and integration technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architecting microservices, integrating with various systems, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define and implement integration strategies across internal and external systems using APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware tools.
• Provide architectural guidance on middleware components such as ESB, API Gateway, Message Brokers, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning for middleware-based integrations, ETL flows, and real-time messaging.
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design / code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI / CD strategies and cloud deployments.

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in Java (8 / 11 / 17) and Spring Boot

In-depth understanding of Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud

Expertise in RESTful / SOAP APIs, Web Services, and API lifecycle management

Experience with middleware / integration tools like Apache Camel, MuleSoft, TIBCO, WSO2, or Dell Boomi

Proficient in message-oriented middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS)

Integration with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)

Exposure to API Gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway)

Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
