Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Java Solutions Architect with strong technical expertise and proven team management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise solutions in a cloud-native environment. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Experience : 15 -18 years

Location : Bangalore

Mode of Work : Full time -hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code using test-driven methodologies.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable backend solutions.
• Monitor and maintain mission-critical applications, services, and systems.
• Drive system upgrades, migrations, and deprecations in line with business goals.
• Build and enhance functional features for transportation tech ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, performance, and security standards.
