Staff Specialist

In your new role you will :

• You work closely and collaborate with international teams of Business users, Product owners and developers to translate requirements into effective solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
• Runs & Executes Operational Activities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLA in the area of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Bi and Power Platform
• Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects to prioritize deliverables and product functionalities
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Partner with Internal & External to develop functional specifications for Business Requirements
• Support & Execute writing User story, Design, Development and Test Management for Operational and Project Activities
• Manage projects for proof of concepts and development / configurations of prototypes together with internal and external experts within Power Platform
• Ensure overall operations of Power Platform in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers
• Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers
• Identifies, analyzes and executes improvement initiatives
