Position Overview
We are seeking a
Telesales Specialist
to join our outreach and admissions team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with schools, students, and parents to create awareness about SAJRE-NAS and facilitate participation. This role demands excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for promoting educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured outbound calls to schools, parents, and students to introduce and promote SAJRE-NAS.
Explain the objectives, benefits, and registration process of the competition clearly and professionally.
Achieve individual and team-based sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up data, and call reports using CRM or internal systems.
Address queries and concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Collaborate with zonal and regional managers to support outreach and marketing efforts.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance updates to reporting managers.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or educational outreach.
Strong verbal communication in
English and Hindi
; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated sales team.
