You will be at the forefront of our B2B outreach and lead-generation engine—engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales cycle from discovery to closure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, product, and leadership) to drive results.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting-
Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers on platforms like LinkedIn and email.
Drive outbound campaigns, cold calls, and targeted email sequences.
Sales Support-
Qualify leads, conduct initial discovery calls, and schedule demos for senior sales managers.
Maintain accurate lead and deal updates in CRM.
Marketing Campaign Execution-
Coordinate marketing outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and digital ads.
Support content creation for campaigns (email templates, brochures, decks).
Market Research & Analytics-
Research competition, trends, and buyer personas.
Maintain and present weekly performance reports (leads generated, conversion metrics).
Required Skills :
2–4 years of experience in inside sales or digital marketing (preferably in IT or SaaS).
Excellent written and spoken English; strong persuasive communication.
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics).
Confidence in cold calling and email outreach.
