We currently manage several premium clubs across the city, offering a blend of sports, wellness, recreation, and community engagement.

We are hiring a Club Manager for the Wadhwa Atmosphere Club in Mulund , a prestigious residential clubhouse serving over 2,000 residents. The club features top-notch amenities including a swimming pool, indoor games, badminton courts, a fitness studio, pickleball court, turf, and much more.

As part of the Ileseum Clubs team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and experiences to the residents while driving the operational excellence of the club.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the clubhouse.
• Lead and supervise teams across front desk, housekeeping, trainers, and security.
• Plan and execute engaging activities, workshops, and events for all age groups.
• Maintain a high level of service excellence and promptly address member concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and oversee revenue generation from rentals, activities, and events.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, safety protocols, and facility standards.
• Drive member engagement through feedback, communication, and community-building initiatives.
• Liaise with the residential committee and Ileseum Clubs management for reporting and planning.
