Job descriptionStrong portfolio showcasing commercial or co-working space projects Lead a team of interior designers to execute end-to-end projects. Develop and drive architectural designs and concepts for new and existing Guide and mentor the design team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, Conduct BoQ discussions with the Landlord and close all documentation Build and maintain SOPs related to the design and project work. Take full responsibility for detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, sustainability practices, Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget Conduct quality checks, due diligence to ensure design integrity and Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on the BoQ, and finalise
Prerequisites :
- 8+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership roles.
- Experience in leading a team of interior designers and completing projects
