Digital Technology is an entity of around 1800 people mostly located in France, Morocco, Egypt, and India.

Role Purpose

As a Supplier Partnership Manager, you will effectively manage relationships with assigned Global System Integrators (GSIs) and / or technology vendors for contract-related matters, with a motto : put our strategic contracts under control and optimize their value.

This includes negotiating / analyzing contracts and pricing terms in collaboration with buyers, managing contract changes and amendments, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual obligations, resolving any contract-related disputes, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key success criteria

  • 360° view of the partnership(s).
  • Constant liaison with Digital Technology’s operational teams to make their life easier with contract lifecycle.
  • Smooth collaboration with the Sourcing & Legal departments to align procurement strategy with business and transformation objectives of Digital Technology.

  • Key Accountabilities : -

    Governance & relationship management

  • You will manage relationship with key supplier(s), establishing a proper governance, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
  • You will provide regular reports and updates on supplier performance, contract status, and potential risks and issues to relevant stakeholders within the Digital Technology department and the organization as a whole.
  • Operational management

  • You will analyze specific IT project needs to propose appropriate contractual solutions, while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract execution.
  • You will monitor the performance of current contracts, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You will participate in the development and implementation of internal processes to improve the efficiency of contract management within the entity.
  • You will identify opportunities to optimize cost and contract value through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Sourcing strategy influence

  • You will contribute to the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on their capabilities, expertise, and alignment with Digital Technology’s strategy.
  • You will ensure that favorable terms are negotiated to meet the organization's needs.
