Job Description :
- Sales Team Management : Achieve monthly growth and sales targets by successfully managing and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
- Recruitment & Training : Lead the recruitment process, set clear objectives for team members, provide coaching, and monitor performance to ensure continuous development.
- Customer Relationship Development : Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and increase the team's referral business potential.
- Experience in Sales : Proven experience as a sales representative or manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Timeshare Industry Experience : A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the timeshare industry, with a strong business acumen.
- Reporting : Regular reporting to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager on team performance, targets, and progress.
