Role Description

As an Internal Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with customers, processing quotations, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure a seamless sales experience while driving business growth. Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to promote loyalty. Follow up on both cold and warm leads to move them through the sales funnel. Demonstrate our products and services effectively to customers. Achieve sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Continuously improve sales techniques to boost success rates. Process and manage customer quotations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in mining, earthmoving, and
  • construction equipment spare parts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP system experience is a plus.
