Inspira Enterprise India is seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in IT support and a keen eye for troubleshooting. You will be instrumental in providing technical assistance, managing user systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide effective troubleshooting and technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10 / 11) , resolving various user issues efficiently.
- Software Application Support : Offer basic support for Microsoft Office 365 applications , including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- User and Computer Management : Assist with basic user and computer management tasks within Active Directory .
- Networking Assistance : Apply basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
- Ticketing System Management : Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice) to log, track, and manage support requests.
- Hardware Support : Provide basic support for hardware components of desktops, laptops, and peripherals, assisting with installations and troubleshooting.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Technical Skills
