Role Overview.

As an Assistant Manager Payroll, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for all employees across locations.

You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee query management, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional with deep understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Management :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, reimbursements, and benefits as per organizational policies.
• Conduct preand post-payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process final settlements (F&F) for exited employees.
